PADI Rescue Diver Course course

The PADI Rescue Diver course is "Challenging" and "rewarding". Building upon what you’ve already learned, this course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur.

The fun part about this scuba diving course is rising to challenges and mastering them. Most divers find this course demanding and rewarding, and at the end, say it’s the best course they’ve ever taken.

What You Learn is Self rescue, recognizing and managing stress in other divers, emergency management and equipment, how to rescuing panicked divers and deal with unresponsive divers.

The Rescue Diver course is where you move beyond the recreational diving level. You expand your knowledge of the "science" aspects of diving along with rescue/emergency techniques and procedures.

Prerequisite: PADI Advanced Open Water Certificate, or equivalent rating, with another training agency and successful completion of a sanctioned CPR program such Emergancy First Response within the past 24 months.
